Introduction

The company was founded as a branch of the company V-S BAU. V-S BAU has been providing building management services for more than 15 years. It is a member of Veskom Group which is specializes in special energetic services as compressed air, cooling and heat pumps.

On 13. 3. 2015 new associates joined the company and the name of the company was changed to TCG Technical Consulting Group s. r. o. The company started focusing on technical consulting intended for building owners and the building operation providers. We provide analyses and optimize building operation processes and operation costs. We are able to ensure this service for a big portfolio of the estates as we provide it for single building. Our consulting was extended into the field of energetic consulting and facility management including managing of suppliers competitive tendering.

New associate is Mr. Zdeněk Švanda. He was appointed the CEO of the company. Ing. Zdeněk Švanda has many experiences with managing construction consulting projects in Czech Republic and abroad. He used to work as the CEO of the company STRABAG Property and Facility Services for 3 years.

Cooperation of these associates guarantees a complex technical consulting with the benefits of the experiences of each of them. The history and the background of the associates guarantee a quality and a stability.
