Zdeněk Švanda has been working in projects and companies related to facility management, consulting and construction management in Czech Republic and countries of East Europe since 2006. He was the member of several teams cooperating with clients as Škoda Transportation, ČEZ, Telefonica O2, INTEL, KPMG, F Air, M.C. Triton and much more. As a CEO of the company Strabag Property and Facilty Services he gained a lot of experience in facility management and has implemented a new product – technical consulting. His latest individual project was a cooperation with the company ČEZ: Analysis of FM processes for the estate of the company.

Petr Bureš works as a partner and the CEO in the company VESKOM GROUP from 1992. The company is specialized in energetic industries as compressed air, cooling and alternative heating sources - heat pumps. He is an authorized civil engineer. He focuses mainly on building evaluation from the energetic point of view and the construction defects. He is involved in several research projects. He works as a university tutor at CTU, Faculty of Civil Engineering. He is a member of rector’s board in CULS.

As part of his long-term engagement with the German Commerzbank AG between 2008 and 2021, he participated, among other things, in structuring the financing of export projects of Central European exporters to their target markets. Specifically, it was a financing solution for buyers of Czech, Slovak and Hungarian exporters to markets in Eastern Europe, the CIS countries, South-East Asia and selected territories of Africa in cooperation with the relevant national Export Credit Agencies (EGAP, Eximbanka SR and MEHIB).
Currently, he has turned his professional focus on financial management and related consulting for mainly Czech and Slovak companies.
Luděk Pfeifer is the partner and the cofounder of the consulting company M.C.TRITON from 1990. He was the CEO of the company in 1998 – 2002. In 2003 – 2013 he was a chairman of the board. Since the year 2000 he works as an independent expert in the field of heating, ventilation, air condition, alternative energy sources, expertise and energy audits. He also works as a lecturer of the Department of Environmental engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering CTU in Prague. He acts as a member of several professional evaluation committees at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. Among others he is a member of the commission for testing of authorized persons to perform energy audits, energy performance certificates, inspections of boilers and air conditioning systems.
In the year 2007, he completed his university studies in the field of technical building equipment at CTU in Prague, and since then he has been engaged in various activities related to the search for optimal operating conditions of buildings and building energy systems. His specialization is in facility management and supporting IT systems, legislation in the field of building operation, building energy efficiency and the operation ecnonomy of real estate. He worked for Strabag Property and Facility Services a.s. and CEZ Korporátní služby, s.r.o., where was responsible for implementation of CAFM systems and ISO 50001 in the past. He is responsible for coordinating projects, developing technical and operational building audits, and consulting on CAFM systems in TCG.
Pracovala jako projektant a zástupce investora v oboru pozemní stavby 1996 – 2002, referent odboru vodního hospodářství na Ministerstvu zemědělství ČR 2002-2003 (dotační titul na odstraňování povodňových škod 1997, 2002), samostatný investiční referent pozemních staveb Povodní Vltavy, státní podnik 2003-2011, vedoucí oddělení vnitřních služeb a hospodářské správy Povodí Vltavy, stání podnik 2011-2019. V současné době pracuje jako samostatný inženýr.
